CONSECRATED VIRGINITY
9:00 a.m. Holy Family Hall at Saint Mary of the Woods.
11:00 a.m. Makley Hall at Saint Patrick.

If you've never heard of consecrated virginity, you're not alone! Although it's the oldest vocation for women in the Church, there aren't many around. In fact, there are only about 300 in the country! Please come join us on Sunday, November 12, after both the 8:00 a.m. St. Mary of the Woods Mass and the 10:00 a.m. St. Patrick Mass, where Ashley Roberts will explain a little bit about this vocation she has chosen and some of the aspects of the rite of consecration. All are welcome!

Where can we find God.png

WHERE CAN WE FIND GOD?

Father Jacob Lindle reflects on the readings of the 19th Sunday in Ordinary Time. In our first reading, Elijah meets God not in the strong wind, not in the earthquake, and not in the fire. He meets Him, instead, in the tiny whispering sound of a small voice. We, too, must find God's voice in the poorest and most vulnerable, the child.

An extreme amendment is on the Ohio ballot in November that threatens the health and safety of women, the rights of parents and the lives of pre-born babies up to 9 months. Vote no November 7th.

40 HOURS IS COMING TO LOGAN COUNTY

"A Holy Hour before the Most Blessed Sacrament so pleases the Heart of Jesus, that every man, woman and child on earth receives a new effect from God's goodness and love, all because of a single hour of adoration in His Presence." - St. Faustina

The National Eucharistic Revival, an incredibly important initiative for our country, began in June of 2022, with a year of focus at the diocesan level. The parish year of revival begins on Corpus Christi, and lasts until the summer of 2024.

It would be impossible to estimate how much the world is in need of a deeper, more fervent love of the Blessed Sacrament. It would be impossible to estimate how much we are in need of a deeper, more fervent love of the Blessed Sacrament. May the revival start here.

We will need at least 80 people to sign up for one hour of Eucharistic Adoration, from 4:00 PM on June 9 through 10:00 AM on June 11 (with breaks for Mass). Adoration will be held at St. Pat's, but we need parishioners from both parishes in order for this to be successful.

To sign up, visit 40 Hours Sign Up. If you have difficulty, please call the parish.
